Joining Discovery Vitality has benefitted me in various ways: 60% discount on my Virgin Active monthly subscription, 20% discount on a new Garmin, 25% discount on gym gear and freebies every week (I have a choice of cappuccinos, smoothies, other…) I am still learning about all the potential benefits thus the reason for this new Group. This morning my Vitality Apps (both my Discovery Health App as well as on my Discovery Bank App) showed that I had 2 Instant Rewards. Remember that tomorrow (Wednesday) one can play the Gameboard.
Last week I achieved my goal of 900 Vitality Points. This means I earned an Instant Reward.
The Vitality week starts on a Saturday. On Saturday, Sunday and Yesterday (Monday) I earned 300 points/ day. This means that last night I had a total of 900 points which immediately got me the second Instant Reward.
I normally use my Instant Reward on Vitality to play the Gameboard (on Wednesday).
Please Note: This week I already achieved my goal of 900 points. Should I get another 900 points by Friday I won’t get any additional rewards from Vitality… What is important is that I keep working out every week and achieve my weekly goal of 900 points which in turn will give me my weekly reward.
If you have recently started on Vitality and if Vitality feels that you are not very fit they will provide you with a lower goal for example 400 points to be achieved in a week.
