Do you love parkrun?
Contributing to a Culture of Wellness, Dis-Chem has announced a new three-year partnership with parkrun South Africa. Participants can expect to see activations at selected events from brands including Berocca, Jungle Oats, Slow-Mag, Old Spice, Norflex Gel, DS-24, Ensure Gold, Biogen, Lifestyle Foods and Virgin Active, all supporting healthier, more active lifestyles.
parkrun offers free, weekly 5 km events that encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to walk, jog, run or volunteer. Regular participation can improve cardiovascular health, increase physical fitness, boost mental well-being, reduce social isolation and provide ongoing motivation through personal milestones and a welcoming community atmosphere.
