I recently completed the Discovery Vitality Age Assessment 2026 and received the full 1 500 Vitality Points. The assessment took me about 40 minutes to complete and is quite comprehensive. At the end of the assessment I received a personalised report showing:
- what I am doing well,
- where I need improvement,
- and how my lifestyle compares with my actual age.
I’ve Started My Discovery Vitality Sleep Rewards Journey >
The Vitality Age Assessment gives you a good indication of your overall health and wellness by evaluating areas such as:
- exercise,
- nutrition,
- sleep,
- mental wellbeing,
- and lifestyle habits.
I found the report informative and motivating.
