Our monthly hikes are not only great for fitness and health, but also a fantastic social experience where like-minded people can enjoy fresh air, conversation, nature, and an active lifestyle together. Hiking is known to support cardiovascular health, improve mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and increase overall fitness.

💡 Hiking Tip: Pack a handful of almonds, cashews or dried fruit for sustained energy on the trail. I often enjoy snacks from Grove & Seed, which offers a great selection of quality nuts and dried fruit.
