inguinal hernia

Hernias are common, though some types are more common than others. I got a hernia due to kickboxing. Later I learnt that Charlie, our coach had had his hernia ruptured during one of his coaching sessions and he had to be rushed to hospital. James, the guy I trained with had also undergone hernia repair.
