BETTER HEALTH STARTS HERE is a monthly online publication by Dis-Chem Pharmacies. There is also a hard copy at the beginning of each season: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The publication is packed with useful info on health.
Contributors include a panel of highly qualified Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, a qualified Personal Fitness Trainer, a Medical Surgeon, Specialist Physicians and a Professor of Pulmonology. Sherry Saltzman is the Editor. You are in good hands!
You can get your hard copy at point of sale at any Dis-Chem pharmacy. Friends of mine in the UK and the USA read the online version regularly. This is a free publication.
Make sure you get your hard copy in time. They go like hot cakes.

I got my copy yesterday at Dis-Chem Bedford Centre. There are a number of articles I am looking forward to read. For the first time ever I had to pay for the publication: 1 cent. I got 2 copies so my card was debited 2 cents (they used to be free of charge).
One cent is a negligible amount but you can see what is going to happen to the price going forward.
I will pay because this publication has 1) well qualified and experienced contributors and 2) some very useful articles.
Should you not see the magazine on the counter just ask the cashier – she will organise you a copy.
Don’t wait too long they fly off of the shelves.
