BETTER HEALTH STARTS HERE is a monthly online publication by Dis-Chem Pharmacies. There is also a hard copy at the beginning of each season: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The publication is packed with useful info on health.
Contributors include a panel of highly qualified Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, a qualified Personal Fitness Trainer, a Medical Surgeon, Specialist Physicians and a Professor of Pulmonology. Sherry Saltzman is the Editor. You are in good hands!
You can get your hard copy at point of sale at any Dis-Chem pharmacy. Friends of mine in the UK and the USA read the online version regularly. This is a free publication.
Make sure you get your hard copy in time. They go like hot cakes.
