Currently, I have 55240 Vitality Points and I am on ‘Diamond’ status. This year (2025) I won’t get any additional Vitality Points.

Yesterday I did the Spring Day Walk which implied a 90+ min workout at 60-69% of max heart rate. Due to this workout I was awarded 300 ‘Vitality Active Rewards’ (but ZERO Vitality Points).

Let’s summarise: For the remaining of 2025 I won’t get any additional ‘Vitality Points” but I will still be able to get ‘Vitality Active Rewards’.

‘Vitality Points’ are the traditional measure of fitness, health, and behaviour that determine one’s overall Vitality status and unlock discounts and benefits like gym and health food savings. ‘Vitality Active Rewards’ is a broader program that uses these points (or rather, the underlying activities that generate them) to set weekly exercise, drive, and money goals, awarding Discovery Miles for reaching them, plus a gameboard play for even more instant rewards.
