Intro
I had bad hay fever yesterday afternoon, the first time in years. Today I consulted Dr. David Berman (my primary care G.P.) who prescribed ‘Sinutab Saline Nasal Spray’ (2-3 times a day) and ‘ZILFONE Nasal Spray’ before bed. Dr. Berman stated that the air quality in Johannesburg is poor and Spring is particularly bad for anyone with allergies.
Hay fever (allergic rhinitis) is an allergic reaction to airborne particles such as pollen and dust mites.
