Thank you so much Peter. I go over the work a zillion times before it is published and sometimes these typos slip through… kinda frustrating. Peter good friend, I am quickly going out for a walk and distress😁 (just kidding). On a serious note, I much agree with your comment “this has value for each of us…”. I gained new insights as I was compiling this Survey and arguably will learn more once everyone completes the Survey. Thanks for your contribution Peter.
