On Discovery Vitality instant rewards have to be redeemed within 7 – 10 days. It so happens that by today I had 3 freebies (3 instant rewards) to be redeemed. Virgin Active Bedfordview was offline all day today so I could not redeem any of the freebies. I decided to go to Mugg & Bean Bedford Centre and had my first free cappuccino there, courtesy of Discovery Vitality, Virgin Active and Mugg & Bean👍👌🙏 The blueberry muffin was not on the house… (one cannot have everything for free🙂)
