My dad and I stopped at Just Darling at Balwin Thaba Eco Village Lifestyle Centre to enjoy lunch. I had pasta with a deliciously creamy basil pesto sauce, topped with grilled chicken breast, feta, grilled zucchini and toasted pine nuts. We also enjoyed a cappuccino. ☕️🍝
The management at Just Darling says they source coffee beans from some of the best coffee growers in the world, looking for superior coffees that are distinctive and memorable. They roast their own coffee for customers and also work hard to help customers brew delicious coffee at home with the Darling Roast coffee range.
Just Darling is located in the heart of the beautiful Thaba Eco Village. The restaurant specialises in delicious, fresh flavours designed to appeal to a variety of palates. The menu ranges from authentic wood-fired pizza to deliciously sweet pancakes and, of course, their famous coffee.
The restaurant is housed in a modern farm-style building at Thaba Eco Village and offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it an attractive place to visit from morning through to evening.
Following our annual eye examination, it was a pleasure to spend some time here with my dad. The beautiful surroundings, attractive gardens and relaxed atmosphere made our lunch particularly enjoyable.
