WHERE I’VE EARNED 300 VITALITY POINTS
I have earned 300 points in each of the following exercises:
Elliptical – 30+ mins
Gardening (surprise, surprise – pottering and moving pots around the garden) – 90+ mins
HIIT (Pushups, pullups, air squats, climbing stairs, burpees, etc… etc…). You can convert almost any exercise into a HIIT workout
Rowing (on water or Concept 2 rowing) – 30+ mins
Rucking Yompimg – ONLY IF YOU JOG/ RUN, otherwise NO! – 60+ mins
Stepper – 30+ mins
Skipping Rope – 30+ mins
Walking (brisk walking) – 30+ mins
Longish walk – 90+ mins
Indoor cycling – e.g. Skillbike – 30+ mins.
THE EASIEST EXERCISES
I find gardening, the stepper and walking (brisk walking) the easiest.
