300 Vitality points on the score board… as Melanie Logan posted in our ‘Hikes, Walks and Fitness’ Group the other day, 300 Vitality points are not that hard to achieve but you have to work for them. This afternoon I joined a HIIT class at Rebel Elite Fitness in Bedfordview. You do a few minutes on the Concept 2 rowing machine, followed by pushups, jumping jacks, squats, burpees, box jumps, followed by Concept 2 indoor biking, more squats, etc… followed by ski erg… you sweat boy, you burn calories and you score those Vitality points😅😅.
So how did I get 300 points in a single session? My Garmin workout was a 30+ min workout at 80%+ of max heart rate. By the way you will also get 300 points if you do a parkrun.
Rebel Fitness has a great Team that includes Tommo Thompson (National Sales Manager), Meghan (events Organiser), Zia Kolia (Customer service and sales support), Jay (Coach) and others. If you are in Joburg make sure you attend one of their classes👍👌
