Intro – The Westcliff Stairs Walk – 2024 Nov 10
A very nice group, pleasant walking weather, a good workout and social. Thank you very much to all who participated and a special thank you to Joel for co-hosting. Thank you to Brian, Guida and Zita for the lovely photos. Great seeing so many other walkers, runners and cyclists enjoying the great outdoors. This is a very scenic route.
Very interesting talking to a few ladies who have done the Camino de Santiago and it is quite amazing how this walk is so popular amongst South Africans. Porto (Portugal) to Santiago (Spain) along the coast seems to be the preferred route. On my bucket list!
