Celebrating Heritage Day with a Walk4Katia Walk

Intro

It was an enjoyable 9K walk with Candice and Bridget. Heritage Day is celebrated in South Africa on the 24th September. Proceeds from entries to the Walk4Katia walk support the KidsCan Cancer Foundation.

Heritage Day, Braai Day South Africa – 24 Sept >

We stopped at Settebello at the Italian Club for an amazing Cappuccino and Cannoli (Cannolo Siciliano – a pastry consisting of a tube-shaped shell of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling containing ricotta cheese). Highly recommended😋😋.

We ended our walk at Bem Bom with a delicious brunch.
