Trying to improve my performance, on today’s workout I increased the total distance to 20,000 meters. 10,000m, a small break and then another 10,000m. Really enjoyed it. Drinking my concoction ‘Tony’s Workout Smoothie’ just prior to commencing and during the workout definitely kept me going.

Today I did my first 2 x 7,500m (15Km in total) on the Concept 2 indoor rower. I feel really pleased about it but this is a “drop in the ocean” when compared to what other indoor rowers do. Daniel, my rowing buddy in Michigan (US) does between 15K and 25Km every single day! Talk
