In summary: 7.43 km, 9768 steps, 482 calories and 300 ‘Vitality Active Rewards’👍 A very pleasant day for the outdoors. Thanks to all who joined. Welcome to Shashi, his spouse and to Thato who attended for the 1st time (my apologies if I am missing someone). Good seeing Megan again. We missed the “regulars” viz. Brian, Isolde, Lara and Pieter. Following the walk we had an enjoyable brunch and social. Thank you Candee for your assistance promoting our events🙏🤗😎
During lunch I added about 745 calories (2 fried eggs, chips and 2 slices of toast with butter and jam). I am giving chicken livers a break. Needless to state afterwards I went to gym to burn the additional calories😁

Ryan Nurseries and Fiddlewoods Restaurant – a Place to Visit and Enjoy
This is a beautiful nursery in the heart of Bedfordview – a reliable nursery with friendly, helpful staff. They have a blend of indigenous and fascinating plants very reasonably priced. Enjoy a meal at Fiddlewoods restaurant next door to the nursery. The restaurant extends inside the nursery. The car park is very clean and safe. Ryan Nurseries has a 100 year old Bonsai tree on permanent display. Don’t miss it!
