Intro – Photos – Bedfordview Rucking Yomping – 2023 Dec 10 Overcast and cool – ideal conditions for a walk, run or a hike. The group did a 6.9 km walk/ ruck/ yomp followed by an enjoyable brunch. Sylvia and I, feeling super fit decided to do another 6 km. Such fun! What is Rucking
